	Loans of tools for exhibition

The instruments belonging to the Old Physics Lab are loaned for exhibitions. The High School seeks to meet these demands, if possible, because they increase the importance of our scientific instruments, devices almost in an excellent state of preservation and many, despite ther age and clearly with appropriate precautions, yet used due to their remarkable and undoubtedly educational utility.

All those interested can submit the loan request to Prof. Rocco Fiano, High School's Headmaster, Cannaregio 4942, 30131 Venice (tel. +39 041/5224845, fax +39 041/5201657), specifying title, duration and purpose of the exhibition, the location in which the exhibition will be made and the tools that they intend to have. The School will then make agreements directly with the person in charge of the exhibition and, in case of a favorable opinion, will be defined when and how the delivery for the equipments required will be done.

It should be noted that, except for specific exceptions (decided by the Haedmaster), any loan of one or more instruments shall not entail any expense for the School, namely:
- insurance charges relating to the value (quantified by the Museum Managing) of the devices loaned will be borne by the borrower;
- all transport costs belong to the borrower.
