The approximately 300 instruments housed in the Antonio Maria Traversi Physics Museum are almost all to be found in seven display units (indicated in orange on the guide map). Six of these have an elliptic shape and are constructed in steel with plexiglas panels while the circular unit is a wooden construction, again with plexiglas panels. There are a further ten wooden cabinets (brown on guide map). The map below represents the layout of the various display cases in the museum. This is an interactive map and when your mouse is positioned over the object which interests you, a photograph of this object appears. By clicking on the object, you can access the appropriate section or information file (in italian) of the Virtual Museum. You are free to follow the suggested route around the museum, indicated alphabetically, or not.
